Each studio is open plan, light and airy with high ceilings and double doors than invite the outdoors in. The studios feature designer style furnishings including a king size bed and three seat leather lounge. A calming retreat, hidden and private, yet close to all of Tamworth’s venues and facilities.
The studios are located on a two acre property with trees and gardens surrounding the buildings, providing an ever changing outlook and areas to explore and escape.
Open plan
Enjoy your king size bed surrounded by designer furnishings. Fully self-contained with all the modern conveniences. Studio 1 opens out to a quiet courtyard and gardens.
Seamless
Beautifully designed studios that bring the outside in. Studio 2 has a private deck for those afternoon drinks at sunset.

Studio 367 has two bespoke studios offering hand crafted luxury accommodation unique to the region. Both open out to beautiful gardens, set on a two acre property.

Check In & Check Out
- Check in time is 2pm. Check out is 10am.
- Prices quoted include GST
- Full payment is required 7 days prior to date of arrival.
- Major credit cards and direct deposit are accepted. A surcharge fee of 2% will be added to all credit card bookings.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the studio. You authorise us to charge you $150 if you smoke or cause damage in the studio. This fee will be used to cover the cost for specialist cleaning (to make the room fit for sale as a non smoking environment). You authorise us to charge this amount to the payment card used in your Booking. We may refuse to accept bookings from you in future.
Cancellation Policy
- If your booking is cancelled 7 days prior to your arrival no fees will be charged.
- For cancellations received within 7 days of scheduled arrival date 50% of total charge will be refunded. A credit can be offered for a future accommodation booking.
- Cancellations (including no-shows) received within 48 hours of arrival will incur the full accommodation fee.
- Fees incurred as a result of a cancellation will be automatically charged to the credit card provided at time of booking.

An exceptional stay in Tamworth – amazing value for a private, superbly designed modern studio. Private garden, all the amenities, easy access to main route and everything you could possibly need or do in Tamworth. Very comfortable quiet sleep in a roomy bed, kitchen well stocked, amazing bathroom and shower, plenty of light and ambiance. Keyless coded entry & Netflix were both bonuses! a first class stay – highly recommended!

The property was beautiful, great attention to detail. Furniture and linen all high quality with a beautiful garden view out of the glass sliding doors, makes you feel like you are miles from anywhere but conveniently are close to everything.
It was a gorgeous self-contained space, designed and built by the architect host, which opened onto a lovely garden. It had every comfort you could need, with a well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
Studio was amazing. Clean, compact and everything you needed. Private with an outdoor deck, exquisite on the inside!
